Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for the time that our stylists invest in reserving your appointment, fees will be charged for any appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice. The same fees will also apply to all no-call, no-shows. The fee must be paid before booking another appointment.

The fees are as follows:

$20.00 for Men's Haircuts
$30.00 for Women's Haircuts
50% of any combo or color service (minimum $35.00)

Without advance notice of cancellations, our stylists are unable to offer accurate availability to you and others. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be subject to have one or more of their services canceled or rescheduled.

If you have any questions regarding this policy, please call the salon and our receptionists will gladly answer them.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will be more than happy to have you back for a complimentary “re-do”. All “re-do’s” must be scheduled within 10 days of the service and there will no refunds issued on services.
