Hello and happy Independence Day my Bauman beauties! This year we’re going to talk about how to maintain your vivid hair color if it happens to be red, white, or blue!

Collage of four hair samples in different colors and textures: top left is blue, top right is red, bottom left is silver, and bottom right is blonde, all wavy and shiny.

If you happen to be rocking white hair, then you’re in luck! Soon Bumble and Bumble is coming out with a line of purple products to primp your platinum. Hurry over to their website and sign up for their rewards program to hear about it’s release asap!

Now for our colorful clients, the first thing I’d suggest is washing your hair in cool water and then lathering up with Repair shampoo & conditioner to keep your hair as healthy as possible!

In order to keep our colors vibrant, I also suggest spritzing HIO Primer to protect our hair from that vicious Florida sun as well as heat from our blow dryers. Heat and water are two of the leading contributors of fade-age. While you’re at it, replace your shower head with one that has a filter! The minerals in Florida tap water aren’t the best for your hair.

Lastly, don’t forget to come in for a quick toner! Call us or book online to see if we can squeeze you in to refresh on your red, white, or blue!
