Whether you’re planning to host or attend a barbecue, or to simply spend the day on a beach somewhere, we have some tips to keep your hair looking fabulous without having to spend your day off laboring over it.

Perfect for a beach day, this nautical style is unbelievably easy. Pull all of your hair to one side and split it into two sections, gripping one in each hand. Next, take a small piece from one section and cross it over to the other, and do the same from the other side. Continue this motion all the way to the ends of your hair, secure, and then at pieces of the braid to loosen it.

This is great if you want to look elegant with minimal effort. Take a small section from the front of your hair, twist it, and then wrap it around the back of your head and pin it in the middle. Repeat with the other side, and loosen twists to cover the bobby pins.

Relax, have a burger, maybe a beer, and remember that you don’t have to work hard to look flawless!
